For portraits, give us the group name.
For ski action we need the image number under the large proof image (abc_1234).
For rafting, we need the trip time and guide name.
For ziplining, we need to know if it was Nature or Adventure and group name/number.
Example: 01-08-24 #181 Mr K Portraits - Smith // 12:30pm Lower Whitewater - Guide John // 9am Nature - Group 2
